Intellectual property rights to all materials, works, images, and intellectual property displayed on this website, including but not limited to photographs, architectural designs, texts, and videos associated with Geoffrey Bawa (the “Author”), belong to the Lunuganga Trust and are protected under Intellectual Property Rights Laws of Sri Lanka.

Permissible Use

Users may view, download, and print materials from this site or use his work solely for non-commercial, educational, or personal use, provided that the materials and works are not modified in any way, and all copyright and other proprietary notices are retained. For any other use, including commercial or promotional use, users must obtain prior written permission from the Lunuganga Trust.

Prohibited Use

Any reproduction, translation, adaptation, transformation, modification, distribution, or public display of his work, including the use of the name, image, or likeness of “Geoffrey Bawa”, without permission is strictly prohibited.

Users are prohibited from any action that may alter, distort, mutilate or misrepresent the works or reputation of the Author. Respect for the integrity of these works is expected in all interactions with the works.

Unauthorized use of the works may result in legal action consequences of which could include penalties for infringement.

Reporting Infringements

Please contact us, if you believe that your use of any copyrighted material pertaining to the Author qualifies as fair use under Sri Lankan law, in advance for our review; or/and to report suspected copyright infringement or unauthorized use of the works referred to.
